Energy, fitness, strength, tone and a whole lot of sweaty t-shirts is what you you'll get from Total Tone. While I am married to the creator of this programme I have given her an undertaking that I would write this review with 100% honesty.
In January 2020 (as most other new years have inevitably started and failed soon after) I made a resolution to work out more. I have been in and out of gyms for the past 17 years and had made the decision to stop playing football for the first time in 30 years. For me, consistency at the gym was the biggest challenge. I would get into a good rhythm and get there three to four times a week, then life would get in the way or work would get busy and bang, exercise vanished for the next month until I got my act together again.
The biggest thing I struggled with in the gym was challenging myself through a programme that kept me engaged. I got sick of doing the same exercises week after week, so at the start of 2020 Rose asked me if I would try her programme and let her know what I thought. It's now mid-way through the year and I have nearly finished my fifth round consecutively averaging four workouts a week.
For me, that alone speaks volumes. I have never exercised this regularly...EVER!!! If I didn't like a programme I simply wouldn't do it. I'd write my own or change it up but Total Tone has everything I've ever wanted in a programme. The workouts are different every single day, they are challenging, get you sweaty and leave you feeling great.
Five months on I will never look back. I'm now in a stage where I'm adding weights to as many exercises as possible to try and take it to the next level. Total Tone has got me in the best shape of my life. I can't recommend it highly enough to anyone, of any fitness level. Don't wait. Do it and you will never look back.
