Pre kids I was a super fit person - always belonged to a gym and played indoor netball and touch rugby. But as soon as I had kids my fitness regime went out the window completely. I lost all motivation, and felt time poor for doing things for myself.  I find Fit Mama works for me for many reasons - it's a great friendly bunch of mums, it's always a fun atmosphere, it's motivating, the exercises are achievable for all levels of fitness, the timing suits me better, I can bring my kids if I need to, I can easily make up classes. It's just great. Since starting with Fit Mama I’ve noticed a boost in my confidence and I get energised when I notice improvements, such as my press-up strength. Doing a Monday morning class really sets me up for a good week.
