I am loving the online program and I honestly think you are on to a winner!  With 3 kids, one a baby, working full time from home and everything else trying to go out anywhere to exercise is never going to happen for me and doing anything exercise wise just felt too far out of reach for me so now having this that I can do before i sit down at my desk, or when I need a break from work for a moment is so so amazing!

I think back to my first money and how I struggled through so much of it, to now where I manage to fit in movement every day, even on the weekends and I know I have made some progress.  

So thanks to you for coming up with something that works for people like me!  I look forward to joining in on the months that come :-)
