I always loved playing sports and being a part of a group of people with a common goal. Once I had my 2 daughters it was hard to find time to be in a sport. I also couldn't commit to anything that didn't allow me to bring my kids along. Fit Mama was the answer and I am so thankful that I can be a part of a group of like minded, supportive, and friendly people again. I love that my children can come along and see that working out is fun and a necessity to staying healthy in life. I love training with Fit Mama for a lot of reasons. The top one would be that the coaches make every workout challenging but fun. I have a good laugh at least once every workout. I love that everyone and anyone is made to feel welcome no matter what. I also enjoy seeing my kids having a good play with the other kids and/or taking part in the class. Fit Mama starts my day off right. I have more energy and feel better after every workout with Fit Mama.

Before starting Fit Mama, exercising and staying fit were two things I wished I could do but I felt uncomfortable with who I was and how I looked. Going to a gym just didn’t appeal to me as a) it was expensive and b) I didn’t want to be surrounded by people who were super fit and me looking the way I did trying to workout in front of them. I was inspired to join Fit Mama by my sister’n’law who talked about these classes, how much fun they were and that Rosie was a great trainer and motivator who designed her workouts to suit every kind of mama. I have now been at Fit Mama for about three years and I really love coming to class. Not only am I getting a great workout each time I go, but I have met some really lovely inspiring mamas who are great to work out with. Rosie and the Fit Mama team design really great workouts, are really supportive, and keep me wanting to come back.
